1. How do I reset my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password:

Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page.

Enter your email address or username.

Check your email for the password reset link (check spam if you don’t see it).

Follow the link to set a new password.
📌 If you don’t receive an email within 10 minutes, contact support at admin@mlamboeducationtrust.org
2. Why can’t I log in to the MEFT E-Learning Hub?
Check the following:
✔️ Are you using the correct username and password? Try resetting your password.
✔️ Is your internet connection stable? Refresh the page or try another browser.
✔️ Has your account been deactivated? If your course has expired, contact support.
If you still can’t log in, send an email to admin@mlamboeducationtrust.org with:

Your email address used for registration

3. Why is the website loading slowly or not working?
Possible reasons:
🚀 Too many open browser tabs – Close unused tabs.
🌍 Try a different browser – Recommended: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
🔄 Clear browser cache – Go to settings → Clear Cache/Cookies → Restart browser.
📶 Check your internet connection – Restart your Wi-Fi if needed.
If the problem persists, post in Technical Support or email us at admin@mlamboeducationtrust.org .
🎓 Enrollment & Course Access Issues
4. Why can’t I access my course?
✔️ Check if you are enrolled in the course (Go to Dashboard → My Courses).
✔️ Make sure you’ve paid (if required).
✔️ Ensure the course is still active (some courses have deadlines).
📌 Solution: If you should have access but don’t, email e-learn@mlamboeducationtrust.org with your full name, course name, and screenshot of the issue.
5. My course disappeared from my dashboard. What should I do?
Your course may have been completed, archived, or removed due to inactivity.
✔️ Go to My Courses → Past Courses to check if it’s there.
✔️ If the course was removed but you still need access, contact your instructor or post in Enrollment Issues.
📚 Course Content & Assignments
6. Why are some videos or PDFs not opening?
Possible reasons & solutions:
✔️ Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox).
✔️ Enable pop-ups (Some materials open in a new tab).
✔️ Check your internet speed – Videos may buffer on slow connections.
If a resource is missing, post in the forum under Course Content Issues or email your instructor.
7. How do I submit an assignment?

Go to your course page and find the assignment.

Click “Add Submission” and upload your file.

Click “Save Changes” and then Submit.
📌 Make sure you submit before the deadline. If you have submission issues, contact your instructor.
8. Can I re-submit an assignment after the deadline?
✔️ Some courses allow late submissions with penalties – check your course rules.
✔️ If late submission is not allowed, you must contact the instructor.
If you need urgent help, post in the forum under Course Content & Assignments.
📜 Exams & Certificates
9. I can’t start my quiz/exam. What should I do?
✔️ Check the exam date & time – Some exams have strict timeframes.
✔️ Use a laptop or desktop – Mobile devices may not support all quizzes.
✔️ Make sure you are enrolled in the exam module.
If you still can’t access the quiz, post under Certificates & Exams.
10. When will I receive my course certificate?
✔️ Certificates are issued after successful course completion.
✔️ Some certificates require manual approval by instructors.
✔️ Check your dashboard under “Certificates”.
📌 If you haven’t received your certificate within 7 days of completing the course, email admin@mlamboeducationtrust.org
